Auto Charge Scheduler, Enhanced

Keep every charge organized without the extra work. You can now assign Charge Categories by Billing Schedule. Automated Billing, the Customer Portal, and the Class Enrollment Wizard will reference it when assigning the Charge Category.

In Observance of Memorial Day

The iClassPro offices and the U.S. Federal Reserve will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day, as we honor and remember the brave service members who gave their lives for our country. Transfers initiated on Friday, May 22 will post to banks on Tuesday, May 26.

Updated Customer Support Hours

We’ve expanded our hours to better serve our customers across different time zones, especially our international customers. Our team is now available later into the evening Central Time for more convenient coverage. For our Australian customers, support is now generally available during early morning through mid-afternoon hours, depending on your local time zone.

Now available:  
Sun: 3 PM – 12 AM CT  
Mon–Thu: 9 AM – 12 AM CT  
Fri–Sat: 9 AM – 6 PM CT
